As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Exactly what I became, an artist/musician.

What are you passionate about now?

Mostly about entrepreneurship, Music, anything to do with positivity & ownership.

What got you into this passion?

As a child growing up in CA, my life was cultured. Coming from a less fortunate demographic. I wanted to succeed. Music was my escape from the turmoil. I wrote about everything I endured, witnessed and overcame. It was like therapy to me.

Have you had adversities to overcome along the way? If so, like what?

Many, many, of these. One being that I’m bi-racial (Latino/Caucasian). Race has always played a part in both good and bad instances. Being a musician has hindered many things as well. Not everyone is as excited as you would think. It definitely toughened my skin being in this industry.

At any point, did you ever think about giving up?

Nope. Not once.

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?

To not expect anything from anyone. Expectation is poison. I rely on myself solely. Most of my life I was the only one I could count on.

What’s one piece of advice you’d want to give to someone who’s asking for it?

Be transparent. Truthful and hustle.
