I’m obsessed with Disney but that’s not the magical place I’m talking about. I’m talking about mom and pop shops, local businesses that are unique to a location and places you can’t find just anywhere. Quaint little towns and vast landscapes are what I call magical places. Hell, if I find a giant mural on the side of a building, I’d find that magical. Because even if it’s in a rough looking neighborhood, you’ve just found the beauty in the midst of the chaos.

One of my favorite things to do is visit places that are special to it’s own town like where I took this picture. This place is called Frenchtown here in Jersey near the Delaware river and although it’s very small, it’s extremely charming. It’s even better when you visit said places during a specific season and one of my favorite seasons to visit them is during the fall and winter.

It becomes an adventure that you’ll want to revisit as soon as possible.

Frenchtown is like a scene out of Disney’s Halloweentown movie. It’s like you’re walking through history with it’s old architecture. They have restaurants hidden below the buildings, French bakeries and delicious stores where I ended up having one of the yummiest smoothie’s to enjoy in the summer. Did I mention the bread?!

That’s the other amazing part about finding new places because 99% of the time, the food and drinks they have are exceptional! I love anything that’s pleasing to the eye as well as my stomach lol. The ambiance of every location is so different and when you enter their shops and boutiques, sometimes you never know what you’re going to find. It becomes an adventure that you’ll want to revisit as soon as possible.
