I never imagined that taking sunrise photos at the beach would have lead to so many different opportunities in my life today.
My name is Nick Rizzo, and I am a photographer & videographer based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
I have had a strong passion for photography for as long as I can remember.
My experience with a camera started back in the fall of 2016. I was making short videos with friends just for fun; never anything serious. This familiarized me with all the camera settings and knowledge needed for creating.
This small hobby quickly spiraled into an obsession with learning as much as possible about my craft. I would spend hours watching videos and reading tutorials on every aspect of photography and videography. This eventually lead to me selling my photography and videography services to local businesses.
Meanwhile in my free time, I was taking advantage of living so close to the beach by shooting as many sunrises as possible. There really is nothing like being at the beach first thing in the morning to start your day off right.
I then decided to launch my online store where I sell prints of my most popular photographs of the beach (www.nickrizzophotos.com).
This has allowed me to reach so many more people than I ever imagined. It has also allowed me to share my love for the beach with people all around the world.
My primary goal has always been to inspire others through my photos & videos. Telling stories with my work is both a challenging & exciting thing for me. I hope that my work can inspire you in some way in your own everyday life.
