I want to welcome each and every one of you to Triumphant with open arms. Your participation and willingness to become a part of this family I want to build means more to me than you will ever know. There might be some skepticism as to why I created this, with good reason because we live in a very deceitful world. That’s why I want to be up front with you from the very beginning.

VERY IMPORTANT: I am not a perfect person, I don’t have all the answers to life’s rather difficult questions, and my beliefs may not always correspond with yours. My motivation is not money or worldwide recognition although the message I want to deliver is one I hope will reach across the entire world. Before I divulge my reasons, I’ll give you a little background on how this idea emerged.

Although I went to school for hospitality, I know my talent lies in writing. It’s something that has always been close to my heart and it has gotten me through my roughest moments. I want to tell my story, share my testimony and be the one thing I longed to have when I was going through my inner turmoil; a haven for people who need someone to listen to their stories and hopefully understand the circumstances as best they can. Even with the most supportive parents (especially moms) like the ones I had, they just couldn’t comprehend what was going on which led me to fend for myself emotionally.

I wanted someone my own age who could relate or just hear me out. No interruptions, no judgments, no distractions. Even though I didn’t have that in the past, I want to be just that to all of you. I want to bring hope through my own struggles and be proof that anyone can make it in this life, no matter the obstacles that are thrown your way. Tell me your stories (the joyful, the hilarious, the painful and everything in between), share your struggles, resist the pull that’s trying to drown you and break you down when it’s just too much to handle because I will be there to listen.

For today, I just want to know about you. Tell me your name, what you love to do, what your secret fetish is and what you hope to gain from what I’m offering or what you would like to see.
